Submission Requirements
In order to nominate a resource, your registration profile must be complete and include information in all the fields. This allows us to get in touch with you if there are any questions and helps us ensure the appropriateness of your submission.

The resource must have a valid Internet address (URL) that is not password protected. You can upload your resource to the BEN if it does not have an Internet accessible address (URL). The following information is required to create a catalog record for your resource:

• the title
• subject
• version
• date of creation or publication
• author's name, institution, and department (if you're the author this will be filled in automatically, and information for multiple or additional authors can be input.)
• copyright and cost information
• pedagogical use information and recommendations
• general description and keywords

Before your resource will appear in the BEN catalog, the resource and the catalog description will be reviewed by AAAS staff.
