Where's the CAT? A DNA Profiling Simulation

"Where's the CAT?" takes students through the basic steps in DNA profiling, commonly known as DNA fingerprinting. This activity was published in The Science Teacher in December, 1991 and has been presented to over 2000 teachers nationwide in various seminars, workshops, etc. It requires about an hour of initial preparation, including photocopying the materials.
